shipping
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped.
The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● USA: 3 - 4 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
● International: 10 - 20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We partner with an on-demand company that handles assignments with facilities around the world!
Will I be charged customs duties for my order?
An additional duty and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they levy duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you get in touch, please help us as follows:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Check with the local post office to see if the package is there. Read Printful guidelines to copy for your store ● Check with your neighbors to see if the courier dropped the package on them. If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com with your order number. If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at our own expense.
Orders
How are the products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped by the facility that can do this most efficiently! Tip: Check out Printful's production footage to see how we create specific products.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about shipment tracking or your shipment, write us an email at kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com.
I received the wrong / damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email with photos of the damaged product, the order number and all other details you have about your order to kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com within one week. We will send you a solution asap!
Returns
What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. Should one of these points apply, contact our customers at kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com with photos of the wrong / damaged items and we will clarify that.
Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for every item in our store in the product description. While it's rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at kathrin.dreusicke@gmail.com. Include the order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We'll send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
Returns Policy
Claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are considered to be errors on our part are at our expense.
If you or your customers discover a fault with the products or any other problem with the order, please submit a problem report.
By default, the return address is the Printful setup. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be sent an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be used for charity after 4 weeks. If the Printful facility is not used as a return address, you will be responsible for all returned shipments.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the item will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of redelivery once we have confirmed an updated address.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, especially face masks that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that returned orders with face masks will not be available for re-delivery and will instead be discarded.
Note to EU consumers: According to Article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, you cannot be offered a right of withdrawal for:
1. the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods whose seal was broken after delivery and which are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns in its sole discretion.
The English language version is decisive for this guideline and its interpretation, regardless of any translations that may be made for whatever purpose.
